The decision to turn Rinas into a one-way street raises suspicions that not only is it an unstudied decision well and not in the interest of the public at all, but has been put in the service of the airport concessionary, i.e. The Kastrati Chiefs.

The Albanian Road Authority argued the decision, saying it would avoid traffic and better serve travellers on the eve of the tourist season to avoid traffic. But it is enough to ask a taxi driver who often makes Rinas' way to understand where the cramps were caused.

The answer of all of them is the same; Traffic is caused in The Neck of Kashar and the Circumcision before the entrance to the airport. Due to traffic in the Kashari Neck is usually the large influx of cars towards Rinas and Durres during the summer period, while the causal circumcision is more concessionary.

Taxists contacted by Voxnews.al who make this road at least 3 times a week say traffic in this circumvention stems from the fact that the circle is very small and narrow and from the mismanagement of the parking lot.

The part of the district is problematic that remains to solve state institutions, but the parking lot within the airport belongs to Castrat. During tourist seasons and in the peak of flights, the lack of parking places follows traffic chaos that plagued the entire axis from the Kashar Neck to the Field-Kukes.

Private cars entering the parking lot to convey or take a passenger, at the peak of flights often find no parking space. This part also affects the fact that many do not enter the parking lot to avoid payment, ranging from 150 leks to 600 leks.

There are reportedly 750 parking spaces on the official website. A good part of them is occupied by Airport employees, even Voxnews.al learns that there are times when vehicles leave vehicles and people who do not work at the airport, but exercise the activity of renting vehicles in black, or who are employees of Albcontrol and nearby businesses.

For these reasons, many citizens expresspes pessimistic that the decision will give solutions to the traffic issue in Rinas and that furthermore with the experiment carried out has increased the cost of transport with at least twice the inhabitants of villages from the Kashar Neck to Rinas.

Ignoring the demands of these residents suggests that more than just traffic solutions, the decision in question is the chief of the service of Castrat, which will have the same influx of travellers, while problems with the concessionaire's parking lot will be covered at the expense of the villagers of the area.
