The arrest of Jurgis Çyrbjas, one of the main officials of the Socialist Party in Durrës, has revealed once again how Albanian justice is affected. Journalist Elton Qyno has today published an article that has as its protagonist several characters, among them a prosecutor and a character of justice, called "OLS" who has not been identified in the SPAK investigations so far.
The conversations took place in the "Sky ECC" application in January 2021, when Altin Hajri's brother-in-law, Julian Gjoshi, was arrested with a firearm by the Eagles Forces.
VOX News has been in-depth since the launch of this story to understand how the conversations of "SKY ECC" match with the actions and the investigative process and the judicial confrontation of Gjoshi.
On January 19, the Eagles handcuffed Gjosh. A pistol firearm was found on Julian Gjos. Altin Hajri's brother-in-law was convicted once before for the same criminal offense, which would consequently aggravate his situation before the law.
But what happens?
Right after the arrest, in Sky ECC, Çyrbja and Altin Hajri start the plan to release him. There are a number of conversations between them where Hajri asks for help, because as he writes in "Sky", "...they killed the kalamajit, uncle..." .
At this moment, Qyno reports that he is a character of justice, a high official, a friend of Çyrbjan who helps him to have a more favorable situation in court. In order to understand interventions in the justice system, it is not enough only to be acquitted of charges, but also to mediate and close one eye and one ear.
On January 21, Gjoshi would be informed of the security measures assigned to him.
On the night of the arrest, Altin Hajri asks Jurgis Çyrbje to destroy the captured pistol, in order not to identify the shells and possible shots that were fired with it.
The prosecutor of the case was appointed HM and VOX News discovered that it is the prosecutor Hysni Mulaj.
Altin Hajri writes in "Sky" to Jurgis Çyrbes as follows:
"... they caught my brother-in-law with a pistol... Let's not do anything. It's my brother-in-law with all that "boli" that's sitting there. At least one of them came out, show us "spia arrest". Talk to me directly, because you can't do the test. We will give you 10,000 euros, except for that bastard (Pistol).
What interested Shijak's fort was the destruction of the pistol, in order not to discover a criminal event where the pistol could have been used, but also a milder security measure for his brother-in-law.
Further, Altin Hajri continues to write to Jurgis Çyrbe, saying:
"...that the gun was only for the fingers...that if you took it, I have no one to tell, except to destroy the barrel. Ask for it, brother, as much money as I want, but I have to pay for it because my uncle's reeds suffocated me.... Give him 20,000 euros as much as he wants, as long as he finishes it.... He will appear in court on the 21st. Thank you and from you, I say goodbye to my friend Olsi...".
And at this moment, "Olsi" has made the position easier for Gjoshi, since on January 21, 2021, as Hajri writes in "Sky", Julian Gjoshi appeared before the court to familiarize himself with the security measure.
On January 21, 2021, prosecutor Mulaj asked the court for a 21-day prison sentence. Although the prosecutor was aware that the weapon was a combat weapon and without a permit, he changed his position during the court session for Julian Gjoshin, where from the initial position of "indefinite arrest in prison" that he requested before the judge AM, he changed to a second position of "arrest in prison" with a term of 21 days.
This change of position, regarding the setting of the security measure against the arrested Julian Gjoshi, was argued by the prosecutor with the reason until the result of the ballistics examination of the pistol seized by the police.
In this situation, judge AM accepted the request of the prosecutor. After that, Hajri thanks Çyrbjan for closing his brother-in-law's problem.
