The Minister of Education and Sports, Ogerta Manastirliu, is attempting to oppose her colleague, the Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku.

A few weeks ago, VoxNews exclusively published the procedures of a tender made by Balluku, who spent 10 thousand euros to have her car washed 12 times a month. Our editorial office's denunciation was used for campaign and election purposes, as a luxury expense, while the Deputy Prime Minister is not the only one who makes such tenders.

Ogerta Manastirliu, who after "shining" in Health, has gone on to make Education and Sports policies. Her name was on the safe list during the elections, as she was one of the formal political leaders, who only accompanied the Prime Minister on several late visits to the SP headquarters.

According to documents available to VoxNews, a few days ago a tender was opened for the purpose of "washing service for vehicles of the Ministry of Education and Sports".

The bid envelopes will be opened on June 2, 2025, while the allocated value is again around 10 thousand euros. The documents also include the technical data and specifications of the service.

It is required that the "Audi A8" car that Manastirliu drives be washed 30 times a month. Or every day, even on Saturdays and Sundays. A pure abuse, since there are only 22 working days, but the minister wants her car washed even on Saturdays and Sundays, using it for private purposes.

But, not only this car, as the "Toyota RAV4" or "Volvo XC60" will also be washed 30 times a day. These cars are used by ministry leaders, deputy ministers or even the minister herself. Again, 30 washings per month for these cars, on Saturdays and Sundays.

The ministry also requires that "Hyundai Getz", "Toyota Prius" and "Hyundai Santa Fe" cars be washed 4 times a month, once a week.

It is also required that car upholstery be washed 7 times a year. The ministry requires the car wash to be located 2.5 km from the ministry.
