ANALYSIS of NUMBERS IN THE COUNTRY/ Did Rama win or did Berisha lose?! PS has 70 thousand votes less than in 2021. Berisha-Meta, 260 thousand less!

The current electoral system has left 120,000 Albanians without representation. Small parties have so far received 180,574 votes domestically.

The average to elect an MP is 10,000 votes, while small parties have so far only won 6 seats in Parliament!

If we had a national system, then the numbers would be different.

But, the votes of these parties (the tails) went to the big parties, which maximized their votes. The main beneficiary is the Socialist Party, followed by the Democratic Party.

But, if we make a comparison with the votes of 2025 and the votes of 2021, it turns out that the SP has suffered a decrease.

VoxNews has conducted an analysis of the votes received by the SP domestically in the last two parliamentary elections. In 2021, the SP received a full 768,134 votes nationally.

Then it won 74 MPs. Meanwhile, in the current elections it won 698,485 domestically (excluding the diaspora) and so far it has 82 MPs!

Did Rama win or did Berisha LOSE?!

These are the figures and they are indisputable. If the SP received 768 thousand votes in 2021, the DP received 622,187 votes in those elections.

If we make a comparison with the votes of 2025 ( not counting 200 ballot boxes at the national level ), where so far it has received 462,233 votes, it turns out that the DP ( together with the SMI ) has received 160 thousand fewer votes.

An extremely high number, which if translated into mandates, would be many times more.

In fact, the 2025 figures also include the votes of the former SMI, which in 2021 received a full 107,538 votes and only elected 4 MPs.

Even the union between the DP and the SMI (currently the Freedom Party) did not help Berisha in these elections, who suffered a heavy defeat.

It seems that, more than a victory for the SP, this is a "slap" for the Berisha-Meta duo.

The first received 160,000 fewer votes, while the second did not even add to the coalition, but only reduced its number to a minimum.

Not to mention the lack of representation of small parties.
