The assassination after midnight in Fushë Krujë was accompanied by some contradictory information, although the investigation team had several hours available to come up with a preliminary statement, at least with the correct data of the victim, Ramazan Sino, and the two injured children.

However, in the morning hours, the victim was presented as a 46-year-old citizen, while there was talk of an 18-year-old injured. The information was later corrected, where the victim was identified as Ramazan Sino, 29 years old, and the injured were Gentjan Bejtja's two children, 13 and 10 years old.

There was also information that the target of the assassination, Gentjan Bejtja, was in the apartment, and then this information was denied by another who said that he was not in the apartment.

In an effort to find out more details about the tragedy, the media quoted sources as saying later that Gentjan Bejtja had been in the car with the victim's brother-in-law Ramazan Sino, 29 years old, and then this information was also denied by another.

The whole series of contradictory information that flowed in the media regarding the age of the victim, or the dynamics of the event raises doubts that they did not have as a source the rush of the media to cover the event as soon as possible, but probably one or more sources that have even distributed this information under the suspicion of hiding a detail of no small importance from the public.

The detail is related to the fact that the victim, 29-year-old Ramazan Sino, was a driver at the Appeals Prosecutor's Office in Tirana for a long time, even the driver of Genti Xholi, head of this prosecution.

Of course, the deceased cannot be blamed neither criminally nor morally for the fact that he was the brother-in-law of a name with significant criminal precedents that has been the target of several assassinations. Legally, not even the prosecutor's office that hired him as a driver.

But, morally, the tragedy of Ramazan Sinos raises big questions about the public's suspicions and perception about the entanglement of justice bodies with crime.
