Prison police employees will be dressed in new uniforms and shoes, which will cost around 2000 euros per individual.

The tender with a value of 6 billion ALL has been reviewed by the complaints commission, after the companies that entered the competition raised claims in November.

This commission has decided that:

1.  Not to accept the complaint submitted by the economic operator "Marsi & AL" LLC, regarding the procurement procedure

2.  The contracting authority is allowed to continue with the next steps of the aforementioned procurement procedure

Two economic operators participated in this procurement procedure: 1- BOE " MARSI & AL " LLC and " GIROMONDO " LLC

2. " B & B FASHION " LLC

But the economic operator " B & B FASHION " LLC has not submitted an economic offer. In fact, the tender, closed in the second week of December, does not have a winning company, since for a month that it was open, there were complaints from 2 fashion companies that entered the competition.

One of the fashion firms has been unclear with the conditions set for the materials that will be produced for the uniforms and the insufficient time to prepare and deliver the samples.

Ndërkohë, firma e dytë ka kërkuar ndryshim të kritereve për të hyrë në garë. Tashmë sipas rregullores, Komisioni i prokurimeve do të shqyrtojë ankesat dhe nëse do të shpallen të arsyeshme, gara rihapet me kushte të ndryshuara.

Por duket se zgjidhja është gjetur  Agjensia e Prokurimeve Publike informon se  “MARSI&AL, përfaqësues i subjektit, BOE “MARSI &AL” SH.P.K. dhe “GIROMODO” SH.P.K është identifikuar si fitues (paraprak) i procedurës së prokurimit.

Drejtoria e Burgjeve planifikon t’i veshë punonjësit e saj me uniforma dhe këpucë të reja. Për këtë qëllim është vënë në dispozicion një fond me vlerë  6.6 milionë euro, ku 5.4 mln do të kushtojnë rrobat dhe 1.2 mln këpucët.

Por, sa është kostoja për një efektiv?

 Policia e Burgjeve numëron rreth 3200 efektivë, çka do të thotë se për veshjen e një gardiani do të shpenzohen 2000 euro.

Por duket se zgjidhja është gjetur  Agjensia e Prokurimeve Publike informon se: “MARSI&AL, përfaqësues i subjektit, BOE “MARSI &AL” SH.P.K. dhe “GIROMODO” SH.P.K është identifikuar si fitues (paraprak) i procedurës së prokurimit.

VKM-ja e qeverisë

Në vendimin e qeverisë thuhet se policët e të gjitha burgjeve do të kenë të njëjtën uniformë. Uniformat e reja variojnë në bazë të stinëve, ku për stinën e dimrit është dizenjuar një veshje e ngushtë, ngjyrë blu e errët. Të reja do të jena edhe stemat, gradat dhe simbolet e punonjësve të policisë.

While it is further quoted that " employees of the basic role according to the season also benefit from a rain cape, leather gloves, socks, a waist belt and a multi-functional belt ". The government has approved the fund for 3600 new uniforms for two years.
