The Ethics Committee has suspended the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha , from Parliament sessions for 10 days .
According to the decision, Berisha's expulsion came after he called for violence during the debate in the session.
In yesterday's session, Berisha took the floor on a point of procedure, speaking about the young people who were raped during the recent protests, but Peleshi interrupted him, saying that he was calling for violence.
"Dear citizens who are following this session, in the past week and days, Tirana witnessed the greatest barbarities against Albanian youth, barbarities unseen during any occupation. On the streets of Tirana, young people's bones were broken, their skulls were cracked, the most brutal means were used against young people. These parliamentarians that you see here, these are more criminals than those who break bones, than those who crack skulls. These are criminals and these deserve tear gas, rubber bullets, cracked skulls, broken bones, not the young people," Berisha said during the session.
On the other hand, the secretariat has also expelled Bledion Nallbatin, Ivi Kason, Blendi Himçi, Xhelal Mziun, and Albana Vokshi for 60 days each.
Meanwhile, he pardoned MP Klodiana Çapja , not excluding her for 60 days as requested by the SP.
