
The Territorial Development Agency is participating in one of the most important construction fairs in the world, in Cannes, France, where projects from hundreds of countries are presented. The fair has also been described as the “Davos” of construction, drawing a comparison with the meetings of heads of state in Switzerland, where important decisions for the world are made.
Meanwhile, the fair in question, called MIPM, is held once a year and presents the most modern constructions in each country, and also holds meetings with the heads of the cooperation agencies. Vox News has learned that, at this fair, Albania is presenting several projects, in Tirana, the coast or even in mountainous areas, while in recent years, tower constructions and complexes have been designed, some of which under the "umbrella" of the state itself.
It is learned that MIPIM is a global fair and conference for the real estate industry, with the entire ecosystem of the sector participating, from the largest builders and investors, banks and even financial companies. Municipalities, but also governments from around the world, present state or private projects, while architects and construction companies also have their models with constructions.
Over 20,000 professionals are participating in this fair, while exhibitions, conferences and business meetings are also taking place. It is learned that Albania has made many investment agreements for large urban projects. So far, large development projects, towers, new cities, resorts have been presented, while new ideas are also given on how an area can be developed.
Vox News has learned that AZHT or even AIDA are presenting development projects in cities and on the coast, with a focus on real estate and luxury tourism. There are also private Albanian companies that are participating and will present their projects.
