There can be no fair justice system when the justice worker is treated unfairly.
That's absolutely true.
Vetting was the most unfair treatment meted out to judicial employees. No one was accused of corruption in that process, by the way.
Through administrative processes based on conjecture and rumors, half of the judges and prosecutors were removed from the system, creating a major collapse in the system.
Today, serving in the justice system has become a curse. This is the consequence of the Reform.
The judges and prosecutors who arrested, tried, and sentenced to life imprisonment at the expense of the state, and where the latter took to the streets as a "reward" cannot be called reform! Much less justice.
Then, was corruption fought by hitting judges and prosecutors so hard, or did it get worse?!
Anyone with eyes in their foreheads and minds in their heads should be able to understand that the reform was a FAILURE!
How is it possible that an administrative process can sentence you to life, that is, more severe than a criminal process? This is the question that demands an answer.
That is, if judges or prosecutors were convicted by the court for corruption, according to the Criminal Code they are banned from returning to the system for up to 5 years, while the vetting excluded them for life!!!!
So, a criminal process based on evidence removes you from the system for 5 years, while an administrative process based on rumors removes you for life!
This is the height of injustice that has been done to justice workers and it must be corrected.
****
I have analyzed this aspect before and I stand by the idea of ??reinstating all those judges and prosecutors who have exceeded the 5-year "punishment" period.
I also presented this idea at an event of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation where Mr. Sali Berisha was also present.
I present and defend this idea even at Mr. Edi Rama's public events without any problem.
Justice will not be unblocked only with magistracy students, much less with external employees.
