Everywhere Rama.... !?
****
It is unbelievable, but not untrue.
Since January 21, 2011, the name of Ina Rama has been inextricably linked to the justice system, directly or indirectly.
In these years, the system has changed 3 Prosecutors General, 3 heads of SPAK, 3 presidents of the High Court, 4 of the Constitutional Court and dozens of other leaders. Most of them are not even remembered by anyone. While everyone knows Ina Rama.
Ina is appointed and dismissed. Ina wins trials. Ina is rejected by the Supreme Court. Ina has appointed Ols Dado and others. Ina passes vetting. Ina defends or dismisses judges and prosecutors. Ina helps with promotions... and the list goes on.
Those who deal with justice know what I am talking about. But you can also google the media and you will find a lot of this news.
Now again. Ina's mandate in the KPA is ending and there is a need to settle down... again Ina Rama. They say she will become the president of the Special Court of Appeals.
Well, doesn't this justice system have other people?
Allah, Allah...
Is the surname so tempting? We must definitely have a "Rama", or what?!
I have nothing personal with him. But a legitimate question arises: why does an individual identify so strongly with an entire system, before and after the reform?
What is the legal doctrine that he has articulated or defends? What is the contribution that makes him so irreplaceable? What does Ina think about exaggerated arrests? What about excessive criminal justice? What about the long waiting lines in the courts?
I continue to insist: those who led the vetting of judges in this country have proven that they do not enjoy the professional, legal and moral integrity to lead regular judicial processes. They built irregular processes, often subjective, in disregard of facts and evidence.
They made moral, not legal, judgments.
They were closer to the logic of an ideological guard than a democratic Constitutional Republic.
They have already proven what they are "capable" of doing. Unlike others who are not known when they are recruited, these are known for who they are and what they know how to do.
What a mess they make!
I repeat: I have nothing personal. Neither with Ina Rama, nor with the others.
But what they left behind is a serious compromise of justice as a system based on law.
Come on, bye, see for yourself about someone else....
