These are the young women who have come to light from the front of the arrest "in flagrante delicto" of journalist Ervis Hasanaga, an event that has begun to raise questions and mistrust.

Question marks and disbelief, since until now, apart from the senior leaders of the State Police, who must be deeply enjoying the revenge, for many others, all this is fanping in your mind the ghost of Agim Shehu, the stick of the First Berisha, in the report with the journalists of that time.

But why is no one convinced about the journalist's arrest? What are the question marks?

1-Why was the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana excluded from the arrest procedures?

6-Do the publications have a real basis, starting from the news about the head of the police who used the Encro Chat and Sky ECC applications, starting from the fact of the deconspiracy of SPAK operations, from the fact of the declaration of Altin Duman, the head of SPAK, about the lack of confidence what about the collaboration with the head of the Albanian police, alluded to for connections with criminal organizations?

7-Is the fact that the journalist conveys to the public criminal or corrupt acts, for which, in the absence of immediate evidence, he has created conviction of their existence by deciding to publish it, constitutes grounds for arrest?

8-If the journalist is arrested for non-confirmation of the news, or for broadcasting a news not accompanied by evidence, are we in danger of creating a precedent that could threaten all Albanian journalists?
