This morning, the chairman of SPAK Arben Kraja became the object of a public televangelism by Ilir Meta, attacking him with a humiliating vocabulary, due to the arrival of a notification that a criminal investigation has been launched against Ilir Meta.

Many people have their doubts about the work of SPAK and especially its chairman. The wild attack of Ilir Meta was also seen as a game between him and the chairman of SPAK, in order to soften the public opinion's weariness from SPAK's inaction towards the public facts that exist about Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta, and the taking of the word comes, until bathroom tiles for a school in Tirana.

Also, the closing of Arben Kraja's mouth when the Voice of America journalist asked him why you don't investigate Sali Berisha, has further damaged his authority. It is about Sali Berisha, a politician who has been in Albania for 30 years and has his own private cemetery of his dead, bigger than the cemetery of his own village in Viçidol, but what SPAK says we still have no facts.

Under this climate of suspicion towards a war game between SPAK and Ilir Meta, the harsh reaction of the US ambassador in Tirana, after Ilir Meta's threats, made the situation clearer. Ilir Meta and then his whole party started their funny posts, that Arben Kraja was attacked by Edi Rama and not Ilir Meta. The same, two hours ago they all had humiliating posts against him.

Their blackmail was by name and surname. Shrinkage as well. This shows that the US Embassy's response worked and the blackmailers backed down on their statements, but not on their pressure on SPAK. They continue to treat SPAK as an instrument to do political battle with Edi Rama and by creating war scenes with him in their imagination, with the help of SPAK.

SPAK itself has not spoken. Arben Kraja has not reacted to the blackmails, even though those blackmails are enough to arrest Ilir Meta, even as a blackmailer of justice, as is one of the three accusations of the USA, for Sali Berisha.

But the way it was reacted, it seems that only the US Embassy works here and not justice. The battle for justice in Albania is not a battle of the US alone. The USA has done the best that a strategic ally of Albania can do, to free Albanian justice from politics and the mafia. Did it again today.

But the USA cannot be the guardian of the new Albanian justice system. This would be a process that would harm the USA more, but also our justice. The US has not fought for justice reform to command it, but to make it stand up and function on its own. It should function as a responsible justice, capable of delivering justice, and not as a justice that tries to justify itself to the US.

The fact that the blackmailers were scared by the reaction of the USA in defense of SPAK, shows that in their communication with SPAK, they refer only to the US as an institution of fear, and not to the law or the correct procedures that they should follow.

Even the expected legal changes that remove "non grata" persons or former employees of the State Security from politics, receive a negative charge, as they are associated with two specific names, Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta, who, if justice had acted, there was no need to be penalized by these two special laws that are needed for others. And this is a SPAK responsibility, billed to the US.

The suppression of Ilir Meta's blackmailers today is clear proof of this. But SPAK should not leave this burden to the USA, but should carry it on its own shoulders. Just as he took on his shoulders the punishment of the ministers of the Socialist Party, former MPs or its high officials, he should also undertake the prosecution of Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta, at least the two top leaders of this country. , who have left more traces of their crimes on the streets of this country, than traces of their walking on the streets of Tirana, since they have 30 years in state cars.

And just as blackmailers have names, justice needs to speak names. SPAK should make public the object of the investigation for Ilir Meta, since the public interest prevails over their administrative procedures.

In order for people to be convinced that it is not playing a "war game" with a character who has been ruling Albania for 30 years, taking him hostage in the name of the one who took Ilir Meta hostage with his own file, SPAK must be transparent in the object of his investigation and not to make public fragments of procedures like this form, which does not say anything to Albanians, except for the suspicion that they want to get Ilir Meta out without getting wet.

I hope that his investigation will be deep and for every accusation that has been made publicly or every fact that has been submitted to the Prosecutor's Office. I do not want to prejudice their work nor their professional integrity, but many facts have remained orphans and the culprits have remained nameless.

Crime in Albania has a name. As I said, Sali Berisha has so many family crimes that they have a private cemetery in Albania, near the place where they launder money with blueberries. Even Ilir Meta really has two names and a nickname, but the facts about criminal offenses are clear. Therefore, SPAK should not be afraid of blackmail or proper names. Nicknames no and no.
