Big fire in a village of Vlora!

A big fire broke out around 12:30 in the village of Tirkovë in Vlora, the fire broke out in the hills of the village, which are mainly planted with olive trees and orchards in the area.

More than 4 firefighting vehicles have engaged in the action to extinguish the flames, but the hilly and steep terrain has made their intervention difficult.

After many minutes of fighting the flames and intervening to put out the fire on the ground, the firemen have brought it under control.

The fire is suspected to have been intentional.

The fire was lit by the residents of the area to clean the land or waste, as favored by the wind, it got out of control and took large proportions.

As a result of the flames, a considerable area planted with olives was burned, the material damage at the scene is great.
