Fatos Harito has served for many decades as a doctor and was one of the forensic experts who saw closely the body of the ex-prime minister who committed suicide, as stated, Mehmet Shehu.

Together with the head of the forensic medicine, Bashkim Çuberin, Fatos Harito performed the examination of the corpse of the former prime minister in the villa in the former Block.
