A raped woman in Kamez called police station number 3 in Kodër Institut , where she took the 34-year-old Asqeri Mandri , who returned from Germany a few weeks ago, into custody.

He put cameras in every corner of the house to monitor him, and according to the police, he also used physical violence.

VoxNews has learned that the 34-year-old's brother was also convicted of domestic violence, after he caught the woman in adultery and raped her.

The house of the 34-year-old man, in which he lived with his wife and 4 children, is located on "Gramozi" street, on the second floor of this building.

On the exterior facade, the 34-year-old had installed two cameras that filmed the entrances and exits to the house, while in 3 rooms of the apartment he filmed his wife and children's every move.


In the images of the seized cameras, moments were found when the young man originally from Dibra, after playing with the minor children, got up and raped the woman.

But it seems that their statements have been contradictory, so much so that no one has given a clear version of how the driving happened.
