The hearings for the "Golden Bullet" case continue to be held at the GJKKO, where Henrik Hoxhaj spoke today, February 12th.

Hoxhaj said in court that he received an order to kill Altin Ndocin. According to him, the person who ordered the murder was either Krymi or Erjon Alibej, and that Nuredin Dumani had told him this. Hoxhaj stated that the order was not carried out because he had Covid.

"I received an order to kill Altin Ndoc. This is because they had come together and were against Krymi. The order was received but it was not carried out, because it was Covid. Ndoc lived in the "Misto Mama" area. I passed by the neighborhood, Nuredini told me. It was very obvious that it was a pandemic, you had nowhere to stay. According to Nuredini, Krymi had ordered it. He was investing. Then Ndoc went to prison," said Hoxhaj.

Henrik Hoxhaj stated that even though Hoxhaj was imprisoned, there was a plan to execute Ndoc in his cell.

"We are interested in killing Altin Ndoc with a sniper inside the prison. Nuredin discussed it with me. It was in his dreams, but we did not realize it," said Hoxhaj.

While Erion Alibej and Henrik Hoxhaj have confronted each other regarding the plan to assassinate Oti Kilë.

Alibej: Did you have the conversation with Nuredin about the murder of Oti Kilë verbally or on the app?

Hoxha: I did it verbally in Elbasan. It was before you went to prison. It was after the murder of the Haxhia brothers. The second time, when actions were taken, we discussed it in the application.

Alibey: Why did I want to kill Oti Kila, according to Nuredin?

Hoxha: Nuredini, what did he say about a relationship? I don't know for sure.
