The Greek police have managed to clarify the wounding of 33-year-old Jorgo Zeneli, also known as Rafaelo Tona from Morava e Korça, an event that occurred on August 27 in the "Ampelokipo" neighborhood of Athens.

A 20-year-old Greek woman was also injured by the shooting.

Zeneli received a bullet in the shoulder, while the Greek woman was a bystander and was accidentally injured.

After five months of investigations, the Greek police have arrested the 35-year-old Albanian Arbi Shkurtaj as the suspected perpetrator of the incident. According to the police, Shkurtaj was with Zeneli in a park in the area, where they argued with another person, due to economic disputes with a friend of his.

The 35-year-old man pulled out a firearm while shooting, and as a result, his friend Jorgo Zeneli and a 20-year-old Greek woman, who was a casual passerby, were injured. Arbi Shkurtaj wanted to shoot Eraldi Cura, 30 years old, but injured Jorgo Zeneli.

After identifying the perpetrator, the police launched an operation to arrest him. During the control of the vehicle, a metal fist amplifier and 2.2 grams of marijuana were found and seized.

In his apartment, where he was staying with a 30-year-old Albanian, named Dorian Shkurtaj, 40 kg of marijuana and 13,235 euros were found and seized. His friend, Dorian Shkurtaj, was also put in handcuffs.

According to the Greek police, the two arrested are persons with numerous criminal records.

Meanwhile, Jorgo Zeneli, alias Rafaelo Tona, has a record of being part of a criminal group that dealt with drugs and was under "compulsion to appear" at the time of the injury, while previously he was twice deported by the Greek police.
