Other details have been revealed regarding the activity of the espionage cell in Tirana, which according to SPAK and the State Intelligence Service, interacted with foreign intelligence agencies, not friendly to Albania.

According to the file available to Ora News, it turns out that Frederik Ymeri was a very active person regarding the provision of classified information.

According to the file, he provided this information from his connections in the security institutions and specifically in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State Intelligence Service.

Ymeri turns out to be the father of the head of the ADISA Agency, Lorin Ymeri, but the latter is by no means mentioned in the investigative material.

But this investigation is extended to the verification of family members, taking into account the actions of Ymer and his father, who once served as Director of Organized Crime in the Central Office of SHISH.

According to the investigative file, Frederik Ymeri, during the development of this activity, provides information from his two close connections Gjergji Koti and Maksim Ferra, also these two former leaders of SHISH.

Frederik Ymeri's communications with the above two persons are periodic and during the course of these meetings, the same way of acting is seen.

They first contact on the phone, then leave the meeting place, where they drink coffee and in the cafe is exchanged a USB with lek, euro or dollars.

During the investigation, wiretaps were made in public places accompanied by photographs and filming of Frederik Ymeri, Maksim Ferra and Gjergji Koti.

From these wiretaps in their public places it has resulted that Frederik Ymeri has met 16 times with his relationship, Maksim Ferra.

Only once he met with Gjergji Koti, 6 times he met with the other connection Luftar Çunaj and 5 times with the citizen, Bashkim Abazi.

In all cases, Frederik Ymeri met with Maksim Ferra, in the same cafe-bar and specifically in the cafe-bar "C…", located on "Reshit Çollaku" street in front of the General Directorate of the Albanian Post.

Gjatë takimeve të bëra midis këtyre dy personazheve, është konstatuar se në 9 raste, është bërë shkëmbim USB-je me shuma parash, ku konkretisht shtetasi Maksim Ferra i ka dhënë Frederik Ymeri USB, dhe në këmbim Fredi i ka dhënë shuma parash në lekq, por edhe valutë të huaj, ku konkretisht në një rast dollarë dhe në një rast euro.

Ymeri ka kryer një takim me Gjergji Kotin tek bar-restorant që ndodhet afër zonës së njohur si "Stacioni i Trenit", Tiranë.

Gjatë takimit është konstatuar Gjergji Koti, që i ka dhënë një copë letre të bardhë me shënime Frederik Ymerit dhe njëkohësisht i ka folur duke i treguar letrën.

Frederik Ymeri, pasi e ka lexuar për disa sekonda letrën, e ka futur në xhep dhe më pas është larguar duke ecur në drejtim të banesës së tij. I gjithë takimi është dokumentuar edhe me fotografime.

Gjithashtu në raport thuhet se Ymeri është takuar me Luftar Çunaj 7 herë në bar-kafe që ndodhet midis rrugës "Çamëria" dhe rrugës "Kavajës", afër vendit të njohur si zona e "Dollarit", Tiranë.

Gjatë takimeve është konstatuar se Luftar Çunaj, i ka treguar dokumenta në format A4 Frederik Ymerit dhe kanë biseduar duke konsumuar kafe.

Ndërkohë nga ana e agjentëve të SHISH dhe Antiterrorit, thuhet se nuk është bërë e mundur të dallohet përmbajtja e dokumentave.

Ymeri është takuar 5 herë me Bashkim Abazin në bar-kafe që ndodhet tek zona e njohur si "Pallatet Agimi", Tiranë.

Gjatë takimeve është konstatuar se dy personat kanë konsumuar kafe dhe kanë biseduar midis tyre.
