An event as serious as it is unusual has been recorded in Greece with an Albanian family as the protagonist.

Neighboring media report that a 50-year-old Albanian kidnapped his 22-year-old daughter, as the latter had an affair with a 37-year-old and the family did not approve.

According to the denunciation, the 50-year-old father together with his 21-year-old son committed the kidnapping of the 22-year-old. The two men, together with a friend of theirs, drove out on the streets of Kypsel on Sunday afternoon and started looking for a new one.

After locating her walking with her 37-year-old boyfriend, they got out of their vehicle and with verbal and physical force caught the young woman. Father and son took him to an underground apartment in Kaosariani.

They had taken care of taking the 22-year-old's mobile phone, so that she could not ask for help while they had locked her in the apartment.

Father and son tried for hours to persuade her to give up her relationship, while trying to make sure she did not inform the Police.

The scene lasted until Monday morning when the girl asked to go to the toilet and managed to ask for help, writes protothema. After a few minutes, the police arrived at the scene and after knocking on the basement door, they found out what was happening. Everyone was taken to the police station and the 22-year-old reported her father, brother and the third person.

The first two have been arrested and prosecuted for the criminal offense of kidnapping the person in the plot, while now justice is at stake. Kypseli police are investigating the incident.
