SPAK sends KPC judge Etleda Çiftja for trial

SPAK sends for trial KPC judge Etleda Çiftja, accused of concealing property and forgery. The couple is a member of the Independent Qualification Commission.

At the end of the preliminary investigation, the Special Prosecution Against Corruption and Organized Crime in Tirana, has decided to send for trial the criminal proceeding no. 202 of 2021 in charge of the defendant:

Etleda Çiftja, accused of committing the criminal offenses of "Document forgery", in the form of use, provided by Article 186, first paragraph of the Criminal Code and Refusal to declare, non-declaration, concealment or false declaration of assets, interests private persons of elected persons and public servants or of any other person who has a legal obligation to declare ”, provided by article 257 / a, second paragraph of the Criminal Code.

According to SPAK, from the conducted investigations it has been proven beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant Etleda Çiftja, in the statement with no. of the residential apartment, on two plots of arable land with an area of ​​1450 m2 and with an area of ​​3440 m2, the manner of gaining ownership for the two areas of arable land and regarding the purpose of obtaining a loan from the former Emporiki Bank - Albania sh .a.

Also, the defendant Etleda Çiftja, has submitted to HIDAA, a contract with falsified content, referring to the price reflected in it, proven beyond any reasonable doubt, as this contract does not match the one found at the archive of the notary office where it was compiled and to ACA at the time of registration of the property for which this contract is concluded. This contract also contains false information regarding the action reflected in it, ie sale, purchase of a plot of land.
