The Court of First Instance in Shkodra has imposed the security measure " Prison Arrest " on the two brothers Arjon and Klinsman Hasaj , suspected of the murder of Ramazan Mataj .

In the courtroom, the young men did not speak while the defense attorney stated that Arjon Hasaj committed the crime because the victim had a relationship with his sister and was sharing videos of her.

Meanwhile, the other brother, Klinsman Hasaj, has again maintained the same version that he has no connection to the incident.

In the early hours of the morning, after setting a ' trap ' for the 33-year-old by creating a false profile in the name of a girl, they ambushed the victim and fired 9 bullets at him.

It is suspected that the two families, who lived in the same village, had been in conflict for years, as the perpetrators' sister had an extramarital affair with the victim.

The latter had influenced the dissolution of two marriages of the authors' sister, through the publication of intimate videos with her.

After the incident, they were caught on security cameras fleeing the scene on a bicycle, while they had buried the gun near their apartment.
