The family consisted of 5 members, 3 children (2 sons and a daughter) and a 50-year-old man and his wife. They lived in the village of Shënavlash.

The latter worked as a guard at the car market, while the girl was a student in high school.

One of the boys reported that his father was missing and the police started investigations and checks and first found the deceased's car parked on the Shënavlash-Parku Rinia axis, which was far from his apartment.

The police had suspicions that it was related to a criminal event and started questioning the whole family, and the one who told the story was the 19-year-old girl who, after being questioned several times, said that she killed her father. because he wanted to betroth her reluctantly and they had had conflicts before.

According to her testimony, she stated that she killed her father near the apartment in the hut with a pistol that she claims was held by her father since the latter worked as a night watchman.

The daughter testifies that after killing her with a firearm, she buried her father in the hut. The police are continuing the investigation to fully clarify the incident because they suspect that there may be accomplices. The exhumation of the 50-year-old's body was carried out and from the preliminary examination it was noticed that they had tied him with a rope before burying him.
