The Special Prosecutor's Office has filed an indictment against Dibran Hoxhaj , known as " Cobra ", and four other defendants, suspected of murdering the young man from Kukësi, Visart Cengu .

According to the prosecution, Hoxhaj is charged with the criminal offense of " Aggravated murder " as well as " Unauthorized ownership, control or possession of weapons ".

The defendants RS and BM are accused of the criminal offense of " Manipulation of evidence ", while RS, JB and AV are accused of the criminal offense of " Participation in the beating ".

"Also, the defendants RS and JB are accused of having committed the criminal offense of 'Unauthorized ownership, control or possession of weapons'", the press release further states.

The murder of the 31-year-old from Kukësi with the initials Visart Cengu happened in the early hours of January 3, 2023, in the bar "Kobra City" in Prizren, whose owner is Dibran Hoxhaj .

In the file of the Prosecution, it is said that there is a well-founded suspicion that Hoxhaj shot at the car, which was located in the parking lot of his bar " Cobra City ".

During the checks in the 'Cobra' bar, the police found illegal items, a hand grenade and some cartridges belonging to one of the suspects were also found at the scene.
