They self-finance the road, the message of the boys of Vranishti not to abandon

While all villages suffer depopulation and have surrendered to this fate, the complete opposite is happening to the residents of Vranishti in the municipality of Himara.

The emigrants from this village inside and outside the country have decided to finance themselves, each according to their ability and have started to repair the nearly 3 km road that connects their village with the axis of the Vlora River.

A conversation in the village was enough, and then the call issued on social networks was answered by hundreds of Vranish people, from European countries to distant Canada.

It is hoped that the repair of the road and then the installation of lighting will not only stop the depopulation, but also bring back the residents of Vranishti and why not develop tourism as well.

With the reconstruction of the village road, Vranishti is even closer to the coast of Himara, as the road can be crossed in only 20-25 minutes.
