The Minister of Education and Sports, Ogerta Manastirliu, has been summoned to SPAK to testify regarding the "sterilization" affair.

For more than 2 hours, Manastirliu, who previously held the position of Minister of Health, was questioned by the prosecutors as a person who has knowledge of the circumstances surrounding the sterilization concession issue, during the time she was the head of the University Hospital Center ( QSUT).

The sterilization concession exceeds 100 million euros in 10 years. For this affair, the former Deputy Minister of Health, Klodian Rrjepaj, and his friend, businessman Ilir Rrapaj, who won the concession in December 2015, despite immediate suspicions of corruption and non-fulfillment of legal criteria, are currently in prison.

While the role of former minister Ilir Beqja is being investigated, who is currently under the measure of "obligation to appear".
