Notice:

1. The Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime, on 02.02.2024 addressed the Court with the request with the object: Assigning to the person under investigation Muharem Koroveshi alias Muharem Ismaili alias Muharem Myftaraj of the personal security measure "Arrest in prison" from article 238 of the Penal Code, as a suspect for committing the criminal offenses "Providing the conditions and material means to commit murder", "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", committed in the special form of cooperation, that of the structured criminal group, provided by articles 80, 278/1 28/4 of the Criminal Code, "Structured criminal group", provided by article 333/a/ of the Criminal Code, as well as " The commission of criminal offenses by criminal organizations and structured criminal groups", provided by Article 334/1 of the Criminal Code.

2. Regarding the examination of this request, the Court decided to examine it in the consultation room without the presence of the parties and the court secretary. The Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime with a panel composed of judge Erjon Çela, based on Article 244 of the Penal Code, with decision No. 11 Act, dated 05.02.2024, among other things decided: The appointment of the personal security measure "Imprisonment" provided by article 238 of the Criminal Code against the person under investigation Muharem Koroveshi alias Muharem Ismaili alias Muharem Myftaraj.


3. The execution of the security measure for the person under investigation Muharem Koroveshi alias Muharem Ismaili alias Muharem Myftaraj was made on 17.02.2024. Under these conditions, the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime based on Article 248 of the Criminal Code on 22.11.2023 submitted to the Court the request with the object: Interrogation of the person under investigation Muharem Koroveshi alias Muharem Ismaili alias Muharem Myftraj

4. In the court session of 19.02.2024 at 12:00, the person under investigation Muharem Koroveshi alias Muharem Ismaili alias Muharem Myftaraj benefits from the right not to give statements in the interrogation session according to article 248 point 2 of the Criminal Code .Penalty. Under these conditions, the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime with a panel composed of judge Erjon Bani, with decision No. 16

The act, dated 19.02.2024, decided:

1. Continuation of the security measure "Arrest in prison" provided by article 238 of the Criminal Code assigned to the person under investigation Muharem Koroveshi alias Muharem Ismaili alias Muharem Myftaraj with decision No. 11, dated 05.02.2024 of the First Instance Special Court for Corruption and Organized Crime.

2. The Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime is charged in cooperation with the judicial police for the execution of this decision.

3. Against this decision, an appeal can be made to the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime within 5 (five) days, starting from the day after the announcement of this decision.
