Safet Gjici/ Alma Kaçi

The Special Prosecutor's Office ( SPAK ) has closed the investigations for Safet Gjicin and Alma Kaçi .

We remind you that Safet Gjici  was arrested on June 24 in Tirana, on charges of corruption after allegedly favoring Alma K. , by offering financial support, by decision of the Municipal Council, on a project for sheltering and caring for stray dogs in city.

The 40-year-old woman herself admitted before the court that she wanted the dog tender from Gjici, while the former mayor said that he did not break the law.

Both have claimed that they had an intimate relationship with each other before talking to the state office about tenders and favors and after they had sexual relations.
