Hospitalized with tachycardia, Nuredin Dumani has undergone 2 heart surgeries, and an aorta transplant in France

Nuredin Dumani first discovered his heart problems in 2009, when he went to the hospital for a check-up to treat his leg.

At that time, it took a car accident on the Çermë-Divjakë road for Nuredin Dumani to be hospitalized due to a broken leg in 3 different parts.

As the hospital doctors began their medical tests and examinations, they realized that the patient, Nuredin Dumani, who until then had not embarked on the path of murder but worked as a fruit and vegetable merchant, was suffering from serious heart abnormalities.

Duman's heart underwent 2 surgical operations at the "Mother Teresa" hospital in Tirana and in 2018 at the Bordeaux hospital in France, where the SPAK collaborator performed an aortic transplant.

And despite these two dangerous surgical interventions, Duman's heart continued to remain strong, committing, without mercy and without remorse, a human massacre on the road segment of Durrës, Kavajës, Rrogozhinë, Peqin, Elbasan and other cities.

Currently, Nuredin Dumani is a collaborator of SPAK, being officially accused of more than 31 serious charges, committed in 18 criminal cases that have been documented by SPAK up to this stage of the investigation.

“…I have never been employed, but I was self-employed in the fruit and vegetable trade. Then I had an accident, where I had heart surgery, I also broke my leg and I was unable to work and I opened a shop for the trade of old shoes. From 2002 to 2006 I worked in construction. From 2006 - 2007 I worked in Greece as a beach lounger. In 2008 I came to Albania, because one day before I returned my first son was born. After returning to Albania in 2008, my father and I started trading fruit and vegetables. Initially we bought a “Mercedes Benz” 308 cargo van, white, manufactured in 1992-1994. We bought the fruit and vegetable products in the Divjaka market and then we traded them in bulk in the fruit and vegetable market in Durrës. I did this job until 2009, when I had an accident with this van. The accident happened on the Çermë - Divjakë road, after I had sold the goods I had bought and set out to get supplies for the next day and on the way I collided with a bus. I remember it was lunchtime and summer. At that time I did not have a license, but I was waiting to get it since I was in the process of completing the course…” - Nuredin Dumani told in his story.

He further stated that: "...from this accident I was injured in my left leg, which I broke in three places (thigh, kneecap and sole of the foot). For this injury I underwent two surgical interventions at the Durrës hospital..." - Nuredin Dumani states in his testimony.

It is learned that for this accident, Dumani was sentenced by the Lushnja Court to 400 thousand old lekë for the charge of "Driving a vehicle without a license." He paid this fine imposed by the court, continuing with the lek he received from the camp treatment.

At the time of the accident, Dumani was with his neighbor, Nderim Uka, who suffered head injuries from the collision and after medical visits, he was also financially treated with a camp.

"...after I underwent surgical interventions and medical examinations from this accident, the doctors discovered that I also had heart problems. This is because I had a blockage and enlargement of the aorta. For this, I underwent a surgical intervention at the QSUT, Tirana by doctor AR. After the first operation, I began to be treated with medication according to the doctor's advice, with whom I consulted with doctor EB after every 6-month check-up. For this, I was treated with a camp from 2010 to 2014, where because I was in prison I could not be present at the evaluation committee..." - says Nuredin Dumani.
But despite the intervention and treatment, the heart problems continued in 2018, when he was in prison in Bordeaux, France.

"...at the Bordeaux hospital I underwent another heart surgery, performing an aortic transplant..." - Nuredin Dumani confessed to SPAK.
