Seven people have been arrested by the Police for allegedly embezzling pensions.

This was announced today by Minister Ulsi Manja , the latter writes that these people have caused damage to the state of 33,000,000 ALL.

The employees were employed in the Albanian posts in: Dibër , Shkodër and Tropoja .

" They embezzled pensions, causing the state a damage of 33,000,000 ALL, 7 officials before justice! Thanks to citizens' denunciations, our Anticorruption Agents have brought to justice 7 employees of the Albanian Post in Dibër, Shkodër, Tropoja, who embezzled economic aid, payments for disabled people and pensions of those living abroad!

Zero tolerance for officials who abuse the law for personal gain! I encourage all citizens to report any case of corruption they encounter in state offices. Do your part in the fight against corruption ‼️", writes Ulsi Manja.
