According to the file provided by the show 'On target', everything seems to start after the report of the family members of the citizen Drande Hoti Gjoka. A 99-year-old woman, who had left in her will, a land area of ​​39 hectares in the Velipoja forest. But since 2022, her close family members, part of the will, see how they were excluded from property inheritance. It would be precisely this episode of the alienation of such a piece of property, which, according to the Special Prosecutor's Office, would bring the discovery of the criminal activity of Pëllumb Gjoka, but also of other persons who cooperated with him. But before we get to this recent episode of alienation of a property, which led to the launch of an investigation into businessman Pëllumb Gjoka and the organized criminal group behind him,

The first shocking discovery that SPAK made by taking over the conversations held by this group in the SKY ECC application, was the clarification of the mechanism of the murder of the citizen Gjin Boriçi, who also bore the name Ndoji. The event occurred on August 9, 2020 at the intersection of the Shkjezë village road with the Shkodër-Lezhë national road. Where he was found murdered a few meters away from the BMW he had rented.

But what does the murder of Gjin Boriçi have to do with Pëllumb Gjoka and who are the executioners, who according to the traces of the conversations they had left in the communications of SKY ECC, were exactly close friends with the victim? Why this cruelty towards their friend and how they went for comfort to the family of their close friend, whom they had killed themselves. Apparently to give another direction to the event.

According to the wiretapping revealed by SPAK, thanks to the conversations carried out in the SKY ECC application, the participants in this crime are Pëllumb Gjoka, who in these conversations bears the pseudonym 'Kolombo'. Behar Brajoviq (Bajri), who has several well-known nicknames such as 'Daci', 'Lopata' or 'Kapedani'. 'Deno' or 'Denis' for Denis Brajovic (Bajri). 'Mondi', Edmond Preka, who turns out to be the driver of businessman Pëllumb Gjoka. 'Dori' is Klaodor Haka as well as Ervis Martinaj, known by the code 'V'.

Martinaj, for unknown reasons, turns out to be interested in the first person execution of Boriçin. Who, following the interceptions, says that he is ready to pay a large amount of money for his elimination. But Pëllumb Gjoka turns out to be the guarantor for him, for the murder of Boriçi. Actions which SPAK claims were proven before and after the murder.

"On August 7, 2020, at 12:23, citizen Behar Brajovic communicates with Pëllumb Gjoka. The pigeon writes to him: When do you think? At 18.11, Behari writes to him: 'Tomorrow night a job is done and then for a week your work is done. The pigeon writes to him: "Ok brother".

As you can see, this communication belongs to the date August 7, 2020. So two days before the crime against Gjin Boriç is consummated, who is not aware that his executioners, those who will ambush him, are precisely his close friends. Behar Brajović, who is the armed wing of the Bajra in Shkodër, after assuring Pëllumb Gjoka that this work, i.e. the murder of Gjin Boriç, will be completed quickly, also promises him that his work will also be completed quickly.

Meanwhile, during the two days, the group set up to kill Gjin Boričin on account of Ervis Martinaj, is caught in every conversation, taking care not to escape any detail related to the execution scenario. On August 9, in the early hours of the morning, Behar Brajović, this time communicates with Edmond Preka.

"Edmond asks him, if he will take someone by car?" Behar writes to him that he will take two people. Behar tells him that they will burn the car until they finish work and walk, I will only take these two, you keep them somewhere. Behari tells him that, as soon as this is done, that whore from Tirana will run away because that's how I left him with him, in shifts".

As can be seen from the following communication, the execution of Gjin Boriç was carried out sometime between 1.00 and 2.00 in the morning on August 9. And it is believed that Denis Brajović was also in the car with him. This is in order to remove any doubt from their friend, about what will happen to him shortly. Meanwhile, at 00.27 in the morning, Ervis Martinaj, who communicates with Denis Brajović, also appeared in the wiretapping.

"At 00:27, Ervis Martinaj communicates with Denis Brajović. (In this communication, only the conversations written by Denis Brajović appear recorded). Denis writes to him: Hey brother, write me here that I'm leaving my cell phone at home. I'm out, wait for the TV. At 01:54, Behar Brajović communicates with Denis Brajović. "Kryvi" means that Gjin Boriçi has already been executed".

Then Behar Brajović takes care to inform Pëllumb Gjoka immediately. Who, after learning that the work was done successfully, does not forget to take it to the victim, according to his own way of forgiveness.

"At 02:24, Behar Brajovic communicates with Pëllumb Gjoka. The latter tells him that he was asleep while Behar tells him that it is done, now we are waiting for yours. He did what you wanted, he wanted Gin... The pigeon says: ...Ok brother, fuck with God, let's go to sleep..."

But it seems that the killer group has no sleep. Only an hour after the execution, Denis Brajović was caught in a wiretap, talking to Behar Brajović. Where he tells the latter, how he mercilessly shot Gjin Boriči. Similarly, Denis Brajović also talks with Ervis Martinaj. Who is interested in knowing whether or not the murder was in the news. And what is said about this murder.

"At 02:43, Behar Brajović communicates with Denis Brajović. Denis writes to him: 'Captain's chest, I blocked him because I wanted to see him, because he told me something'. At 02.45, Ervis Martinaj communicates with Denis Brajović. Denis writes to him: "Did TV give anything?"

The night seems long and sleepless for the executioners and those who ordered the murder. As it turns out later from the communications that take place at 3:00 in the morning, Ervis Martinaj takes care once again if the thieves have burned the car properly, in order not to leave any traces.

After some back and forth, the group finally decides to take a nap. Now calm that the work had been done and that everything had gone according to the predictions. Their communications begin again in the early morning of August 9. Where now they arrange to meet together, away from people's eyes. Where present among them is 'V', identified as Ervis Martinaj.

"At 11:47, Klodor Haka communicates with Behar Brajovic. Klodori writes to him: 'I am coming with 'V' because you want me to come to you. I'm leaving right now. At 12.28, Edmond Preka communicates with Pëllumb Gjoka, to whom he tells that 'Lopata' (Behar Brajović) is coming. The pigeon says: 'We are staying in the fields, tell me that there are many people here'.

This is also the moment when Pëllumb Gjoka enters into communication with Ardrit Hasanbegaj. Since this time, he covers the duty of the chief of crimes in the Shkodër Police Directorate. In this case, Gjoka is interested in knowing what the police have discovered regarding the murder of Gjin Boriçi. The conversation that takes place between them on August 9, just a few hours after the murder.

"At 14.49, Pëllumb Gjoka communicates with Ardrit Hasanbegaj. The pigeon asks him: 'What was that last night (the murder of Gjin Ndoj)'. A close friend of Gjin Boriçin, at the same time one of the most feared exponents of crime in Shkodër and a close relation of Ibrahim Lici, Bajra's sworn opponent. For whom Gjoka asks Ardrit Hasanbegaj for constant information about what his daily life is like.

"The dove says to him: Leave him in his collar. At 17.09, Pëllumb Gjoka communicates with Ardrit Hasanbegaj again and the latter asks him if he knew Dorian Duli, because his brother has met him. But it seems that Dorian Duli is a sworn enemy of Pëllumb Gjoka and Behar Brajović. Who in the meantime learn that Duli is close friends with the victim Gjin Ndoji. And that for the whole time he stays at the house of his friend who was killed in an ambush. The hatred for Dulin seems to be so strong from the opposing group, specifically Behar Bajrović, that the latter thinks he can kill him even at Borić's funeral.

On August 10, just one day after they jointly committed the murder of their friend Gjin Boriçi, a murder that turns out to have been ordered by Ervis Martinaj, Behar Bajrović is said to have gone to his close friend's house for condolences. A conversation which he also consumes with Pëllumb Gjoka.

“Në orën 12.47, Behar Brajoviq komunikon me Pëllumb Gjokën. Ky i fundit i tregon që, isha në varrim, por nejtëm larg, vetëm sa i dhamë dorën në fund. Dori (Dorian Duli) nuk ishte”.

Por duket se Pëllumb Gjoka në rolin e regjisorit të ekzekutimit të Gjin Boriçit, sipas SPAK e ka kryer këtë vrasje për llogari të Ervis Martinaj, Në këmbim të një tjetër vrasje që këtë herë i interesonte vetë biznesmenit. Sipas dosjes ‘Metamorfoza’, Mbreti i Kumarit Ervis Martinaj, ishte gati të ofronte edhe 100 mijë euro për vrasjen e Gjin Boriçit, të cilin e donte të ekzekutuar me çdo kusht. Qoftë edhe kundrejt një shume të tillë të majme parash.

Kërkesë që duket se e i ka rënë në vesh edhe biznesmenit Pëllumb Gjoka. I cili ndërkohë po merrej edhe vetë me një larje të vjetër hesapesh. Duke i ofruar Ervis Martinaj këtë herë falas vrasjen e Gjin Boriçit, në këmbim që mbreti i bixhozit ti hiqte qafe Pëllumb Gjokës njeriun që kishte kohë që e kishte vënë në shënjestër. Pra, një formë krimi me clering.

Ky person të cilin Pëllumb Gjoka e donte me patjetër të vdekur dhe mundësisht brenda pak kohësh, ishte Kleanti Musabelli. Pasi Pëllumb Gjoka dhe grupi i tij kanë kryer punë me Gjin Boriçin për llogari të Ervis Martinaj, sipas dakordësisë me njëri-tjetrin, tashmë është ky i fundit që duhet të ngrejë këmbëzën e armës dhe të vrasë Kleanti Musabelli.

Është akoma e paqartë se kur Gjoka dhe Martinaj kanë rënë në dakordësi për këtë këmbim viktimash, por nga bisedat në SKY ECC, ndjekja e Kleanti Musabelli, duket se ka filluar që në muajin qershor 2020.

Pra dy muaj para se të vritet Gjin Boriçi. Ku edhe këtë herë, në shërbim për të kryer ekzekutimin e Kleanti Musabelli është i njëjti grup ekzekutorësh, që më pas kryen edhe vrasjen e Boriçit. Për shkak se vrasja e Musabelliut nuk po realizohej ne kohë, në lojë futet Behar Brajoviq.

I cili duket se i ka një borxh të madh moral Pëllumb Gjokës. Pasi ky i fundit del se e ka shpëtuar nga burgimi afatgjatë duke korruptuar prokurorin Xhevahir Lita. Dhe për këtë arsye i ofrohet Pëllumb Gjokës, t’ia bëjë për qejf vrasjen e Kleanti Musabelli.

“Më datë 7 Korrik 2020, në orën 11.57, Behar Brajoviq komunikon me Pëllumb Gjokën. Pëllumbi i shkruan: Vëlla, nëse edhe një javë nuk më vjen dikush që jam duke prit, a ma gjen një për me mbaru një punë në Tiranë. Behari e pyet: A po thua për atë, për punën tënde? Pëllumbi i përgjigjet: Po. Behari i shkruan: Atë punë ta kryej unë vetë, nuk ke nevojë me i thënë kërkujt, vetëm leji një njeri në shpinë, se ku rrin.

Du me ta kry, për qef. Pëllumbi i pèrgjigjet: Jo vëlla, nuk bëhet falas, duhet ndonjë që është larg. Pëllumbi i shkruan: Është i falur, është në rrugë të madhe. Ja tregon ku është dhe rrugën komplet. Behari i shkruan: Me ta kry unë për qef, dhe nuk ke detyrim hiç. Pëllumbi i shkruan: Jo vëlla nuk është punë për ty, vetëm lekët atyne dhe mos ti kesh afër hiç”.

Ajo që mbetet e paqartë në këtë ngjarje, është fakti përse grupi dështoi në vrasjen e Kleanti Musabelli. Edhe pse Pëllumb Gjoka është i gatshëm të japë shuma të mëdha parash për ta eliminuar me çdo kusht.

“Më datë 9 Korrik 2020 ora 09.30, Behar Brajoviq komunikon me Pëllumb Gjokën. Behari i shkruan: Unë fola për atë punën tënde dhe më thanë sa paguan. Pëllumbi i shkruan: 80-90-100. Del në rrugë të madhe, është i falur. Behari i shkruan: 100 kërkojnë këto kurva, ose të ta kryej unë. Pëllumbi i shkruan: 100 me ju dhënë vlla”.

Pasi Behar Bajroviq i premton Pëllumb Gjokës se do ta organizojë ai vrasjen, në një tjetër bisedë ai lë të kuptohet se në Tiranë për këtë qëllim kanë ardhur disa kosovarë.

“Më datë 10 Korrik 2020, Behar Brajoviq komunikon me Pëllumb Gjokën. Behari i shkruan: ‘Më kanë ardhur disa shokë nga Kosova dhe atë punën tënde e kryejmë. Ose vjen një serb, ose një kosovar. Kena dhe një arab. Pëllumbi i shkruan: ‘Vëlla mund ti sjell dhe unë serb dhe kosovarë, por duan shofer. Behari i shkruan: ‘E kam unë shoferin vëlla, e kam shqiptar, mos e vra mendjen. Arabi e kryen edhe me ftyrë. për këtë punë i kam thirr”.

Në një tjetër bisedë, Pëllumb Gjoka, del se i lutet Behar Brajoviq, që mundësish Kleanti Musabelli, ta vrasë bashkë me të vëllain. Por jo me djalin, apo me familjarë të tjerë. Por siç konstatohet nga bisedat, muaji gusht duket intensiv për grupin. Të cilët ndërkohë që janë vënë në gjueti për të vrarë Kleanti Musabelli, po përgatiten ti japin goditjen fatale Gjin Boriçit.

Ku në këtë bisedë të mëposhtme, Behar Brajoviq i shkruan Pëllumb Gjokës se puna e tij me Kleanti Musabelli do të kryhet së shpejti, sa të mbarojmë një punë këto ditë. Duke nënkuptuar ekzekutimin e Gjin Boriçit.

Nga bisedat e mëtejshme del se personi i kontaktit me Ervis Martinaj, që duket se ka hyrë në lojë për të vrarë Kleanti Musabelli për llogari të Pëllumb Gjokës, është Klodor Haka. I cili merret personalisht me  ndjekjen dhe grupin e kontraktuar për të kryer ekzekutimin. Nga bisedat e dokumentuara në aplikacionin Sky ECC, Behar Brajoviq, i premton Pëllumb Gjokës se puna e Kleantit do të kryhet para datës 1 shtator.

“Në orën 21.27 Behar Brajoviq komunikon me Pëllumb Gjokën. Behari i shkruan: Deri ditën e diel mos hajde ne Tiranë sepse do kryhet. Të hënën mundesh me ardh. Behari e pyet: E don sakat apo të vdekur se unë ju kam thënë të vdekur, por thashë të të pyes një herë. Pëllumbi i përgjigjet: Të vdekur vëlla”.

Bisedat mbi vrasjen e mundshme të Kleanti Musabelli, mbyllen këtu dhe është e paqartë përse grupi ekzekutues i ngritur nga Pëllumb Gjoka nuk e kreu këtë punë deri në fund. Madje po kaq e paqartë është edhe arsyeja përse Ervis Martinaj, i cili del se kishte marrë përsipër këtë vrasje për llogari të Pëllumb Gjokës, në këmbim të vrasjes së Gjin Boriçit, nuk e përfundoi këtë punë. Dhe çfarë ndodhi midis tij dhe Pëllumb Gjokës. Por ndërkohë që Pëllumb Gjoka i ishte vënë nga pas për të vrarë Kleanti Musabelli dhe sakaq ishte kryer ekzekutimi i Gjin Boriçit, interesante në dosjen ‘Metaformoza’, janë edhe një seri përgjimesh.

Ku këtë herë Pëllumb Gjoka dhe të tijët, janë të interesuar të eliminojnë disa prej të fortëve të Shkodrës.
