Lawyer Ervin Karanxha, invited to the Breaking show on Top News , spoke about judicial cases and security measures in court premises.

Part of the discussion was also the issue of the well-known "Tik Tok" character Cllevio Serbiano , who was extradited from Dubai to Albania to face justice.

The lawyer admitted that the rapper is at risk due to his numerous conflicts with other people and that safety conditions need to be created for him.

"These have been different conflicts that we have seen before. Clevio has been extradited and is currently in the premises of the IEVP. Because he has raised claims that his life is being threatened by people with whom he has had conflicts in the past, measures must be taken to guarantee maximum security.

The prison authorities must intervene to ensure his protection, even through limited ventilation. It is also known that Clevio has previously violated his arrest order and further legal proceedings are currently pending.

He is a well-known rapper, thanks to his artistic skills, but he has often been involved in various conflicts. Being isolated, it is important to create the necessary conditions to protect him.

"The possibility that he is innocent cannot be ruled out, so his treatment must be in accordance with human rights and the necessary security," the lawyer said.
