A debt of 100 euros caused 50-year-old Agim Visha, now arrested by the police of Police Station No. 4 in the capital, to pull out a gun in a bar and threaten a 38-year-old man.

From the footage released by the police, it can be seen that Agim Visha goes to the 38-year-old's table, who was in a bar on 'Myslym Keta' street, to ask for the 100 euros he owed him. Initially, they clashed with banal words and then the 38-year-old slaps Visha. The latter pulls out a gun and threatens him.

Agim Visha turns out to be a person with a criminal record. Both lived in the same area, while the 38-year-old claimed to the police that he owed him money but did not want to pay it.

"Tirana/The codenamed "Responde" operation is finalized." 

He attempted to kill a 38-year-old man with a firearm during a conflict over weak motives. He was caught immediately after the incident and the 50-year-old was arrested.  

The firearm (machine gun) with ammunition is seized.

The services of Police Commissariat No. 4, immediately after the notification that two citizens were in conflict on "Myslym Keta" street, one of whom was carrying a firearm, organized the work to prevent the escalation of the conflict, identify and capture the citizens involved.

As a result of rapid police actions carried out within the framework of the codenamed "Respond" operation, citizen AV, 50 years old, resident of Tirana, was arrested. 

This citizen is suspected of having clashed with citizen ID, 38 years old, yesterday afternoon, outside a bar on "Myslym Keta" street, for weak motives, and attempted to kill him with a revolver firearm, which he was carrying without a permit. 

Citizen AV attempted to flee, but was caught and handcuffed by the Police immediately after the incident.   

"The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further action," the police announced.
