Mariglen Matjani, 28 years old, and Leart Hasalla, 30 years old, were put in handcuffs after they tried to kill a 22-year-old man in the village of Ballagat, Lushnje, for reasons of blood feud.

The 22-year-old's aunt, 60-year-old Bajame Senaj, was injured by the shooting, as she was in the same car with her nephew at the time of the shooting.

The police announce that Leart Hasalla has paid Mariglen Matjani to kill 22-year-old M. H, 22 years old (the father of the young man MH is accused of killing Leart Hasalla's brother) for reasons of blood feud.

In order to fulfill the received order, citizen Mariglen Matjani shot with a firearm in the direction of the vehicle in which citizen MH and his aunt, 60-year-old Bajame Senaj, were driving. The latter was injured in the leg as a result of the shooting.

The woman's injury is suspected to be the result of a fight that started two years ago, between two Hasalla tribes. The injured is the sister of Kastriot Hasalla, who is accused of murdering his cousin Romeo Hasalla on July 29, 2021.

The coded police operation "Unwanted Consequence" is finalized as a result of an intensive three-month investigation, carried out with special methods.

The orderer and the executor of the attempt to kill a 22-year-old man with a firearm, for reasons of blood feud, were put in handcuffs.

Specialistët e Komisariatit të Policisë Lushnjë, në bashkëpunim me ata të Seksionit për Hetimin e Krimeve të Rënda të Drejtorisë Vendore të Policisë Fier, si rezultat i një pune hetimore intensive tremujore, të kryer me metoda proaktive, në bashkëpunim me Prokurorinë e Fierit, kanë organizuar dhe finalizuar operacionin policor të koduar “Pasoja e padëshiruar”.

Si rezultat i provave të siguruara në kuadër të këtij operacioni, u bë e mundur zbardhja e plotë e një tentative për vrasje, e ndodhur më datë 30.03.2023, në fshatin Ballagat, si dhe kapja dhe vënia në pranga e shtetasve M. M., 28 vjeç dhe L. H., 30 vjeç, të dy banues në Ballagat, Lushnjë.
