The Special Prosecutor's Office has ordered the sequestration of Anton Gjinaj's property, as it is suspected that they were placed as a result of his criminal activity that he developed in Albania and Spain. In the list of seized assets are a large number of companies in the name of Anton Gjinaj, as well as numerous lands throughout the country, in addition to luxury cars in his name.

Beyond these, what stands out in the long list of assets seized by order of SPAK are the construction company "ALESIO - 2014" shpk, with NIPT No. L41713003M as well as the company "GARDEN RESIDENCE TURDIU" shpk, with NIPT No. L91425024V.

" ALESIO-2014 " shpk is a construction company that has received a tender worth tens of millions of euros for the construction of roads throughout the country and specifically in the Municipality of Tirana. In addition to the construction of roads, "ALESIO - 2014" shpk has also entered the construction sector of residential and business apartments in recent years. The most important projects in which the company is involved are the buildings in "5 Maji", for which there has been a big political debate in the country, in addition to the protests of the residents, as well as phases III and IV of "Garden Residence Turdiu" in the area of the Aviation Field in Tirana. With an agreement with the previous investor. Anton Gjinaj's company has undertaken the construction of phase III and IV of this large complex of buildings, among the best in the area.
