SPAK, RENEA and BKH "surrounded" Vlora for the Hajrulla clan/ "Trafficking policeman", Hamëz Demushi, is arrested in Switzerland!

Considered one of the most potent criminal groups in Vlora, dominant in recent years but also the target of attacks, this time it was targeted by SPAK.

This Saturday morning, SPAK, BKH, supported by the state police and the Vlora police landed in the cold water area with the arrest warrant in hand for Ines Hajrulla and his criminal group.

This operation has its clue thanks to evidence found from the SkyEcc network hacks.

Thanks to communications but also the intersection with other evidence, the Special Prosecution Office connects this criminal group to two murders but also episodes of drug trafficking. 

The GJKKO has issued 8 arrest warrants, including Inez Hajrulla and Ervis Matodashaj , but both have not been found by the authorities.

The third person to receive the arrest warrant in custody was Flodian Plakun, arrested in August 2025 for the murder of Gentian Bejte.

While 3 others were also arrested for other criminal offenses abroad.

As in many operations, there is no lack of police involvement in criminal groups.

It is learned that former police officer Hamëz Demushi , who was captured in Switzerland, has been arrested , as well as Rezart Kuçi, who previously served as a crime boss in Vlora.

He is accused of the criminal offenses of "Abuse of office", "Drug trafficking" and "Participation in a structured criminal group."

This criminal group is suspected of being behind the murder of Gentian Qarri 5 years ago in Vlora.

The 40-year-old was walking in the afternoon hours of February 6, 2021 when Kalashnikov bullets were fired in his direction, killing him.

Another incident for which it is suspected that the perpetrators are from this criminal group is the murder of Bledar Briçaj, also in Vlora, in 2021, while he was driving when he was shot with a Kalashnikov.
