SPAK has requested the confiscation of an apartment of the former head of the Constitutional Court, Bashkim Dedja. It is learned that the apartment is registered in the name of Latif Dedjas, brother of Bashkim Dedjas and is located in Golem.

The SPAK investigation, based on the Antimafia law, has shown that Dedja's brother did not have the financial means to purchase it and that the apartment was used by the former Constitutional Court judge, dismissed by the vetting.

Among the evidence of SPAK, there is also a testimony of the employee of the complex, who has shown that for years the apartment was used by Bashkim Dedja and his family, who went there on weekends, holidays and during the summer.

In parallel, in a criminal case, Dedja is being tried by the Special Court for "hiding and not declaring property".
