SPAK demands 4 years in prison for former judge Zamira Vyshka

The Special Prosecutor's Office has requested a 4-year prison sentence for the former judge of Elbasan, Zamira Vyshka, accused of corruption.

Because the court previously accepted the summary trial, if convicted, Vyshka will serve a sentence of 2 years and 6 months.

The investigations for the former judge were closed in December 2022. Lawyer Ilir Pashaj and 3 citizens who would pay a sum of money to ease the punishment of their family members were also accused.

Vyshka is being investigated under house arrest and has denied SPAK's accusations during preliminary investigations.
