Maks Haxhia, the lawyer of the former minister Saimir Tahiri explained in a communication with the media why the former minister of the interior was released. According to him, Tahir's wife cannot take care of minor children due to health problems.

Maks Haxhia shared a moment where a person with a significant criminal record, while leaving prison, expressed regret to Saimir Tahir who was still serving his sentence. And while confessing this, a journalist did not spare the irony.

"Some time ago, a person with a significant criminal record was released and when he was leaving he said: I'm ashamed that I'm leaving the prison and you stay," he said.
