The message was sent on the afternoon of August 9, by Martinaj at 7:21 p.m., notifying his uncle, Rakip Martinaj, with the content: "...Caution, there may be checks...".

This message was seen after 3 minutes by Rakip's wife, Lavdie Martinaj, who is also the mother of Brilanti, who was executed on July 17, 2022, in the Fushë-Kruja massacre.

The prosecutor's office and the family members themselves, who are following the situation more anxiously, have categorically ruled out that Ervisi left an SMS order at their address for the food of the lion "Simba", which the family keeps in the "Arbëria" complex. ".
