Albin Kurti, Kosovo's prime minister, has spoken as rarely about relations with the head of the Albanian government, Edi Rama.

Asked how the relations with Rama are from 1 to 10, Kurti said that in the sense of the common vision, there are no differences.

"I can't do that, but I can say that we have a great relationship between the two governments.

We have made the common energy market, opened 26 new border crossings for 200 thousand residents of the area between Kosovo and Albania, we held two joint government meetings with 58 new agreements and we are also making co-finances in culture, economy and so on, where Kosovo has two separate customs offices in Porto Romano and Durres.

We will also do the railroad. In terms of developmental projects of work plans, of the common vision, we have no differences, but you should remember that where we agree, it never becomes news.

Where we have difference, it becomes news and tries to exploit itself in a ruthless way," Kurti said in an interview at the Albanian-American Cultural Center Struga in the US, published on Saturday.

Kurti further added that: "I believe that the difference that has been mostly squandered is the one around the Open Balkans, trying to make that difference we have on the open Balkans issue to put it in every issue and every topic unfairly," said the head of the Kosovo government.
