The hearing for the defendants, former officials of the Municipality of Tirana, in the "5D" file has been postponed.
In the preliminary hearing for file 5D, Redi Molla, Taulant Tushe and Mariglen Qato requested to be tried under the summary trial procedure.
Enton Punavija, Julian Zanaj, Albano Janku and Nestor Muahmetllari are also seeking a summary trial.
