Colombian authorities have arrested an Albanian who has been wanted for several years. He is Deniz Xhija, who is also known by the other identities Deniz Klironomi and Deniz Floroiu.

The 45-year-old was caught by the forces of the Interpol Directorate in Colombia. In Albania, he is wanted and accused of "attempted murder", a criminal offense for which he was sentenced to 6.6 years in prison.

The image of Deniz Xhija has also released an exclusive video published by the show Uniko. On February 10, 2020, we broadcast the footage before the kidnapping of the Tallava singer, Reni of Elbasani, which happened on June 29, 2014.

In this video, there are two people who meet Reni, before the latter lost his tracks and to this day nothing is known about his fate.

Indrit Shaqja appears on camera and the second person who appears is Deniz Xhija. He was dressed in black clothes, walked slowly, with one hand in his pocket and the other on the gold pendants, he follows the actions of Indri Shaqje who was communicating with Reni at that moment.

While Indrit Shaqja is sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of two sisters-in-law Elsa and Gjinovefa Vava, respectively 75 and 70 years old. In cooperation with Artur Kaçanolli, the nephew of the victims, and Vilson Elmazin, entered to rob the house of two elderly women in Durrës at midnight on September 2, 2014. The sisters-in-law heard noises and confronted the robbers. The latter were raped, tortured, tied their hands with rope and suffocated with plastic bags on their heads.

The grandson of the victims, Artur Kaçanolli, informed his two friends that Elsa and Gjinovefa Vava kept valuable items and monetary amounts in the apartment. While the robbery plan was organized by Indrit Shaqja. The latter was arrested on October 15, 2014 in Spain, where he fled after the crime, while he was extradited to our country on June 26, 2015. In the courtroom, Indrit Shaqja admitted to the crime, confessing the entire dynamics.

Denis Xhija and Indrit Shaqja are suspected of having taken hostage, kidnapped, killed and then disappeared Renato Hamza on behalf of a criminal group.

On February 17, 2020, the Uniko show published for the first time a picture of Reni inside a sports lottery in Shijak on August 26, 2013.

On August 26, 2013, Renato Hamza entered a sports lotto bar in Shijak and left after a few moments. 30 minutes later, Elvin Kërtallin, 37 years old, was executed by machine gun fire in this bar in a mafia assassination, and Dorian Zotaj, 32 years old, was injured.

Apparently, the assassins had received accurate information about the location of their target. They stood inside a car parked in the distance waiting for the right moment to attack. When Elvin Kërtalli and Dorjan Zotaj left the bar, the killers shot in their direction. This event, which still remains unsolved by the police, was followed by several other assassinations in Durrës, Tirana and the Netherlands.

For many months, the Durrës Police Directorate requested the help of the regional directorates for the identification of the person who appears on the security cameras of the bar in Shijak.

He managed to be identified before the police by Indrit Shaqja and Deniz Xhija and after the disappearance of Reni from Elbasan on the operative route came the information that appeared in the bar in Shijak before the murder, Renato Hamza was already missing.

In the two shows of February 2020, the show Uniko gave answers to the family and public opinion for the first time with evidence and indisputable facts about the fate of Renato Hama and what was the reason why he was kidnapped and disappeared. So the reason was the suspicion that he had served as an informant for a murder in Shijak and the kidnapping and disappearance of this singer was done to settle scores. Renato Hamza's mother admitted that the boy played the lotto but denied that he could have served as an informant in the 2013 murder.

Despite all the evidence and facts published by Uniko, the Prosecutor's Office of Elbasan did not act again, keeping the investigation file archived to discover the body of Renato Hamza and not bringing charges against two people with criminal records, Indrit Shaqja and Deniz Xhija, who appear last in contact with Renato Hamza.

Deniz Xhija is convicted by the Albanian authorities for an incident that happened on January 26, 2015. He was in a bar in district 7 in Durrës while he was having lunch with three friends, he had a conflict with one of them and took out his pistol to execute him on the spot .

The situation between them became extremely aggravated and the defendant Deniz Xhija immediately stood up and pulled out the pistol he was carrying without the permission of the state authorities. Immediately, one of the people at the table intervened, diverting the hand of the defendant Deniz Xhija.

By changing the direction of the shooting, the bullet injured a person in the neck who was sitting at another table in the bar and who was not related to the conflict. Deniz Xhija, according to international media, turns out to have been involved in a criminal network in countries between Romania, Belgium and Germany./Tv Klan
