Albanians in the "top 10" of foreign parents in Britain

According to the Office of National Statistics in the United Kingdom, more than 3 thousand children were born last year to Albanian mothers. This puts Albanians among the most common foreign parents in Britain.

The new figures have raised questions about the size of the Albanian population in Britain, writes the Daily Mail. So far, according to official figures, it is said to be 50,000.

These data are published after a few days ago it was said that 4 out of 10 immigrants who cross the English Channel are from Albania.

As for birth rates in Britain, a decade ago Albanians were in 41st place in Great Britain as the most common foreign parents.

But now, Albanian mothers have moved to 10th place. While fathers are ranked 8th.
