A shocking incident occurred in Vlora where a 40-year-old man had sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old girl.

The arrested man, a citizen with the initials RR, is accused of having sex with the teenager on March 22nd.

Also in collaboration with the 33-year-old with the initials FQ, he encouraged the teenager and her two friends, aged 15 and 16, to use drugs.

The 40-year-old has been charged with  the criminal offenses of "Sexual or homosexual relations with minors" and "Encouraging drug use."

Meanwhile, criminal proceedings have begun against the 33-year-old for the criminal offense of "Encouraging drug use."

Police announcement:

Specialists of the Narcotics Investigation Section of the Vlora Police Department arrested citizen RR, 40 years old, resident of Vlora, for the criminal offenses of "Sexual or homosexual relations with minors" and "Encouraging drug use", after he allegedly had sexual relations with a 15-year-old girl on 22.03.2025.

Also, citizen RR is suspected of having, in collaboration with citizen FQ, 33 years old (for whom criminal proceedings have been initiated for the criminal offense of "Incitement to use drugs"), incited the 15-year-old and her two friends, 15 and 16 years old, to use narcotics.

The procedural actions in this case were carried out in the presence of the parents of the minor citizens, the psychologist of the Vlora DVP and the legal defenders.

Investigations are continuing under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office to fully clarify the circumstances of this case.
