Mark Frroku's bodyguard, Besnik Toma, has been declared wanted after firing a gun in yesterday's fight in Cape Rodoni. In the meantime, the police have put another person under investigation, Ndue Sokoli, for "not reporting a crime".

Mark Frroku's bodyguard fired a gun after the fight over the land, where representatives of the Catholic Church and the residents of the area clashed over a fence of the land surface, for which the two parties have ownership certificates. The police have arrested the 8 people involved in the fight, among them former deputy Mark Frroku.

"They clashed with each other with strong objects, in Cape Rodon, for property reasons, 8 citizens (from both sides in the conflict) were arrested red handed. The work continues for the capture of the citizen who allegedly fired a firearm in the air during the conflict. The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Manzë Police Station, following the investigative and procedural actions carried out at the direction of the Durrës Prosecutor's Office, for the conflict that occurred yesterday, at Cape Rodoni, have arrested the citizens in the act:  

Bajram Kaculi, Erjon Reka, Orgito Reka, Ylli Reka, for the criminal offenses "Deliberate serious injury" and "Self-judgment";

Mark Frroku, Antonio Lazari, Pal Doda, Martin Lazeri, for the criminal offenses of "Intimidation", "Discovering the crime", "Actions that prevent the discovery of the truth" and "Disturbance of public order and peace. 

In addition, the proceedings for the citizen Ndue Sokoli, for the criminal offense of "Criminal disobedience", and the arrest of the citizen Besnik Toma, are ongoing. 

Yesterday, citizens Bajram Kaculi, Erjon Reka, Orgito Reka, Ylli Reka, residents of Shetaj village, clashed with citizens Ndue Sokoli, Mark Frroku, Antonio Lazari, Pal Doda, Martin Lazeri, representatives of the Franciscan church, with strong objects. who were fencing a piece of land in the area, for which they have a certificate of ownership. As a result of the conflict, the citizens involved in the conflict suffered physical injuries. Police found a shell casing at the scene. From the investigative actions, it was found that the citizen who fired a firearm during the conflict, is the citizen Besnik Toma.  

We clarify that in relation to the claims of the parties regarding the certificate of ownership, the Police have referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office several times, for the conflicts that have occurred from time to time between the parties. In the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, investigative actions continue for the complete documentation of this case. The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Durrës, for further actions.
