
An Eagles operative has been sent to trial by the Fier prosecutor's office for using a minor to sell drugs.
The investigation launched in 2024 proved that Brian Damage initially recruited the minor with the intention of obtaining information.
However, his real goal was to exploit the student, who came from a situation with family and economic problems and drug addiction, to sell narcotics.
Dema is charged with 'Production and sale of narcotics', 'Abuse of office' and 'Inducing a minor to commit a crime.'

The Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier completed the investigations and sent to trial citizen BD, accused of the criminal offenses of 'Production and sale of narcotics', 'Abuse of office' and 'Inducing a minor to commit a crime', provided for by articles 283/1, 248 and 129 of the Criminal Code.
At the end of the investigations, on criminal proceedings no. 380, year 2024, it was proven that the police officer of the Special Unit "Eagle" BD, with the aim of selling narcotics, took all actions to recruit the student EH, a narcotics user, with family problems and in economic difficulties.
Recognizing the latter's addiction and taking advantage of his qualities as an employee of the Eagles, the defendant BD initially "recruited" the minor to provide him with police information, but the main goal was to use him to sell narcotics.
The proactive investigation of the case resulted in the defendant BD, through active actions, committed intentionally, committing a regular failure to fulfill his duty, violating the interests of the state, public order and the minor EH.
