The Tirana Court has set the security measure of mandatory appearance for the 4 arrested for the fire that destroyed the building at Pharmacy 10 in Tirana.
Specifically, Enver Ademi, the construction company's engineer, Altin Furtuna, the contractor who built the facade, Agron Cara, the building's administrator, and the manager of the market suspected of starting the fire have been ordered to appear. The same measures were requested by the Prosecution.
From surveillance of security cameras, the police have strong suspicions that the fire that engulfed the building in Tirana was started by negligence.
Two minors are believed to have thrown a lit letter among some cardboard boxes left under the building by a supermarket, a position also held by the defense in the courtroom.
The police referred the case to the charge of "violation of technical safety rules at work", while the prosecution qualified the criminal offense in court as "negligent arson".
