Prime Minister Edi Rama has changed the profile and cover photo on his official Facebook page, posting images of flamingos, the characteristic birds of the Narta Lagoon.

This action comes at a time when flamingos have become a symbol of the protests that have been taking place in Tirana for 25 days.

Rama's action immediately caused reactions and irony on the internet.

The one who struck with a rather spicy message was MP Marjana Koçeku. Now removed from the ranks of the Socialist Party, Koçeku chose to make irony by using one of the most talked-about towers that is being built in the center of Tirana, near the Opera and Ballet Theater.

This tower, which in the official project is described as a building with the appearance of our national hero, Gjergj Kastrioti Skanderbeg, but for some critics it is identified as a resemblance to Prime Minister Rama himself.

MP Koçeku took the photo of this tower and modified it by giving it a bright pink background, exactly like the flamingos selected by the head of government.

Above the edited photo, she left an epic note that is circulating rapidly: "You can suggest it for a profile picture."
