The residents of the village of Obot, who are isolated as a result of the floods, have the only means of communication with Shkodra by boat. The increase in the water level is making it almost impossible even to move with the army's high vehicles.

At noon today, Democratic MP Greta Bardeli and the Ora News film crew set out to see the flooded families, across the Buna River, using one of the army's boats.

However, during their movement by boat, the motor of the latter caught air and turned off in the middle of the river. The two soldiers tried in vain to light it. They continued rowing for several minutes, until they came ashore.

"We are left at the corner of the Buna river where we are waiting either for them to come and take us or for the engine to be restarted", said journalist Bepin Kolvata. In the boat with him is the deputy Greta Bardeli, who in these conditions has to wait as well.
