The 'Durres Yacht Marina' project, which will be built in the port of Durres, has started the sale of apartments even though the project is still on paper.

On the official website of " Durra Yacht Marina " it is announced that their sale has started today, even though no brick has been laid in the port area for the new constructions that are being sold.

A studio apartment with an area of ​​63-64 square meters, not yet built, starts at the price of 110 thousand euros, while the largest apartments are sold for 1.2 million euros, writes tch. The company's agents say that within the next 3 months the permit will be obtained and the works will begin.

How will the 'Durrës Yacht Marina' be built:

In the first phase, two buildings with apartments and a hotel will be built, which will be completed in two years, and then the whole project will take 5 years and contain 13 thousand apartments.

We remind you that the project for the port of Durrës was approved in the parliament amid many objections from the opposition, which describes it as the biggest corrupt affair of the last 30 years.

The project is about 2 billion euros, a part of which will be collected from the sale of apartments. The sale started today even though no concrete construction work has started on the ground and it will take many years to move the port and the cargo piers to the next port.
